1. Cancellation and Refunds for Tour Bookings
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
Full Refund: Customers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled tour or service.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 15 to 20 days of the scheduled tour or service are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour or for no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
1.2 Changes to Booking
1.2.1 You may request to reschedule your booking at least 15 days prior to your scheduled service, subject to availability. Any difference in price will either be refunded or charged.
1.2.2 In case of last-minute changes (less than 2 days), rescheduling may not be possible, and no refunds will be issued.
1.3 Special Circumstances: In cases of emergencies (such as illness, natural disasters, or travel restrictions), we may offer a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
2. Cancellation and Refunds by Entrip Holidays
2.1 Cancellation by Us: In the event that Entrip Holidays needs to cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, vehicle issues, or other operational concerns), you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.
Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
2.2 Minimum Participant Requirement: Some tours may require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or you may reschedule.
3. Refund Process
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your cancellation request or after a confirmed cancellation by us.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If payment was made by credit card, please allow additional time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your card issuer.
4. Non-Refundable Services and Fees: Any fees for third-party services (such as entrance tickets, accommodation bookings, or external transportation booked through us) may not be refundable.
Administrative or processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
5. Damages and Liability
If any property damage or losses occur as a result of customer negligence or misconduct during a tour or transportation service, Entrip Holidays reserves the right to charge the customer for repairs or replacement costs. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
